This is the last update of our bank ranking. This table was designed from the results of a survey addressing to all people who have used their bank account at least once to transfer funds in order to buy or sell bitcoins or other cryptocurrencies.
Total number of participations (since August 2018): 2000
Total number of participations in 2021 (from 01/01 to 22/12): 1105
Only banks that have collected a minimum of 25 reviews are mentioned in our ranking. The results are expressed in the form of a “satisfaction rate” (number of positive experiences out of the total mentions).

Most mentioned platforms (since 2018)
The main lesson from this survey is that the situation worsened overall in 2021 with a satisfaction rate falling by 12% on average. The main difficulty remains the transfer of funds to exchange platforms (the reverse operation is much less problematic).
The impact of the PSAN registration is difficult to estimate because most of the French market is held by companies that are not registered with the AMF (in order: Binance, Coinbase, Kraken and Crypto.com). However, we can say with certainty that this recording does not systematically protect against blockages. In 2021, the Banque Populaire, Crédit Agricole, Crédit Mutuel, the Postal Bank and the CIC are still refusing certain transfers to PSAN platforms.
Some banks nevertheless stand out positively: N26 remains well at the top of this ranking and we will note the good progression of Boursorama, from Revol and some Societe Generale.
